We have only 2.5 weeks of rehearsal left!!  It is crucial that all actors and tech work hard to make this one of our best fall plays ever! 

Several of you still owe the Pay to Participate Fee.  You need to pay this fee by Monday.  

We only have a few of you who have turned in your concession donations too.  Please do so ASAP...

We are in big trouble regarding our program.  NO ONE has turned in an ad yet.  Please email all Ads to my address jpillsbury@rochester.k12.mi.us. You will also need to print your ad and turn in payment no later than Thursday.  

Student Katie Brucia will handle the program layout and act as our Program Head.  Please turn in all ad info by THURSDAY OCTOBER  20TH AT 8PM!!!!  Failure to do so will me we will not have a program for our show.  

Pictures for the program will be taken on Tuesday October 18.  The following actors will be allowed a BIO of up to 40 words.  Remember to keep it professional.

Full Page Ad: 8.5 x 5.5 in.              $50 

Half Page Ad: 4.25 x 5.5 in            $35

Quarter Page Ad: 4.25 x 2.25 in    $25

Happy Ads:  no art work or images allowed.  Will appear with other happy ads on the same page.  up to 25 words.  $15

Cash or checks made out to RCS are accepted. 

Concessions Donation checks should be turned in ASAP.  Make checks payable to RCS for $15 (please put CONCESSIONS in the memo section)

Tickets Sales:  Tickets will go on sale MONDAY  October 17.  RCS has set up on line credit card purchases for us.  The information regarding online sales will be posted at www.adamstheatre.com under tickets  We will be able to accept credit card payment via Pay Schools.  See ticket info for details.

COSTUMES:  All chorus members (male and female) will need a men’s dress style shoe black or brown, black or brown knee high sox.  You will also need a pair of black gloves (we are hoping to provide these for you).

MONDAY ALL CAST AND CREW MEETING 2:45-3:00PM

There is NO REHEARSAL on October 25 due to band and choir concerts.  WE will have a tech call

There will be a dress rehearsal on Saturday October 29 if needed.  Be prepared to come 10:30 am - 2pm

We will also have rehearsal on Halloween day If we have a clean run everyone should be out by 4:30pm  

Everyone should plan on staying late on Tuesday November 1.  I would like to find a parent to run out for pizzas.
