Mics arrive at 7:45am
HS and Dancers Arrive at 8am
Middle and Elementary arrive at 9 am
All Actors report to the Choir room at 9:30am for vocal warm up Meeting will begin right after Please make certain your mics are on
EVENING performance times Wednesday - Friday
Curtain is at 7pm
Mics arrive at 4:30pm
HS and Dancers Arrive at 5pm
Middle and Elementary arrive at 6pm

Saturday matinee begins at 1pm
HS and Dancers arrive at 11am
Middle and Elementary school arrive at 12 noon
All actors report to the choir room for vocal warm up at 12:30
Middle and Elementary students MAY GO HOME IN BETWEEN SHOWS. Please let us know if you will do this. HS will stay in between shows and eat. Food is being provided.
Saturday Evening Show begins at 7pm:
Dancers and HS ensemble get makeup at 4:30
Middle School and Elementary that went home, arrive at 5:45
Meeting for our final show will be at 6pm vocal warm up first then D gifts
Cast party after show....
REMEMBER WE HAVE STRIKE NEXT WEEK 9-1 MONDAY -THURSDAY. parent help is greatly needed
PLEASE remember all of your personal items should go home after the Saturday evening show. All of the squids, puppets and costumes that are not part of your personal property remain part of the Little Mermaid Plot.
Several students have asked to purchase the puppets or the squid hats. They can be purchased for $12 each. We will sell them on Monday or if you can not make strike you can speak to JP in between shows on Saturday. This also goes for mersister jewlery.
ADDITIONAL COSTS and INFO
We try to keep all costs down to a minimum and make this task easy for each family. Over the years we have found that rolling in the cost helps everyone.
THIS FEE IS DUE FROM ALL ACTORS, TECH AND PIT
$45 Pay to Cash: due on the first day of SMT June 20. Concessions donation, d-gifts , cast party AND catering for the cast, pit and crew in between shows on Saturday This money goes to our boosters and helps to support and fund the program.
We ask that all families pay for 1 ad for our program. The cost for this is $15- $500. If we do not have enough ads we cannot run our program for the Musical. click on the link below for layout
Undergarments, SANDALS and Dance shoes: depending on the group assigned. We have a discount with Barrs and Blades or you can get from any other location. DO NOT BUY UNTIL THE CHOREOGRAPHER/COSTUMER HAS CLEARED THIS.

SMT FUNDRAISING EVENT WILL BE ON FRIDAY JULY 10
THIS EVENT CONTINUES TO BE A FANTASTIC SHOW FOR ALL AGES Featuring our former SMT students this event raises money for SMT scholarships. DONATION FEE FOR ADMISSION BEGINS AT $10.
